Can your Boutique sell Branded Cotton?
  • You must at least have storefront and/or active website to be approved. If you are a "Facebook/Instagram Only" Boutique please contact us for special approval.
  • We will NEED your billing and shipping address, Tax ID/Sellers Permit and phone number to be approved.
  • We DO NOT allow Pre-Sales of any kind! Failure to comply may result in deactivation of your wholesale account.
  • We do not sell to "Buy-In" groups of any kind.

MSRP
Minimum amount for all items sold should equal no less than double the wholesale cost. Abuse of pricing system may result in the deactivation of your wholesale account.

Minimum Order Amounts
Minimum order amount on web orders is $150.00 per order and 8 pieces per style, you pick your own sizes. Order cancellations must be submitted in writing within 48hrs of the date the order was taken. No exceptions.

PAYMENT
Branded Cotton requires full payment before the order is placed on our website.
Sorry, we do not ship c.o.d. or Net 30. ***All prices are subject to change without written notification.

FOR ORDERS PLACED AT MARKET SHOWS
Your credit card information is required to place an order at Market and 50% down at time of ordering. No exceptions. Your market orders will not go into production  until payment is received in full.

Cancelled orders from Market cost us time and money and slows down our production. Please be sure of your order before placing it during the market shows! If you must cancel, Branded Cotton requires it in writing within 48 hours of the date the order was taken. 

SHIPPING
During Market Dates, shipping times are extended due to increased orders. Please call if you need your tees by certain date so we can make sure we meet your timeline.

Shipping and Delivery dates are estimated but we strive to get all wholesale orders out within two weeks. 

All packages are shipped in a postal bags and/or boxes via USPS or Fedex. We do not make money on shipping but also prefer not to lose money either. If your website order is $500 or more it ships FREE.

RETURNS
Our tees are custom printed for your boutique based on your order. We do not stock our merchandise, therefore at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind unless there is a defect in the unworn, unwashed original tee or the design printing.  

  • If you should find any defects in your order, please contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving your order and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. 

ZIP CODE PROTECTION
Branded Cotton does not guarantee and/or accept Zip Code Protection requests from customers. We do however reserve the right to minimize the amount of retailers in one area. We will do our best but please understand as a growing business we will not solely protect any one boutique. 

GUARANTEE
We guarantee everything you purchase from Branded Cotton to be free from defects in material, design and printing. Please check your merchandise carefully upon delivery.  Please call, email, or inform us if there is a tee not to your standards.
